Ryan Garcia’s Ex-Wife Worried About His Mental Health – ‘Pray For Him’
Ryan Garcia’s ex-wife, Drea Celin, has revealed that she worries about the boxer amid his social media behaviour.
Garcia is preparing to face Devin Haney on April 20 for The Dream’s WBC Junior Welterweight Title. This gives Garcia the chance to win his first world title after having teamed up with Derrick James following his loss to Gervonta Davis.
But there have been concerns over the boxer’s mindset in the run-up to the fight. He infamously claimed he was ‘high as f**k’ during a Live Space interaction with his fans. Those comments forced Garcia to address suggestions that he was not preparing for the fight. He confirmed that he does drink and smoke weed, which was criticised from Haney, who claimed the boxer was ‘drunk as a skunk’ and on cocaine. Now, his ex-wife has fuelled suggestions that Garcia is not well.

“If all my followers, who are believers, can you please pray for Ryan? We are not together, and I’ve been in contact with him. He may seem fine, but he is not. I know in my heart that he is being heavily oppressed. This is not a troll. I am genuinely concerned, and so are all his family members. We are not part of any of this, but this is real. Pray for him,” Celin said
Garcia was slammed for how he had treated his ex-wife following the announcement of their divorce. Garcia announced he was breaking up with Colin following the birth of their child, days after Celin had given birth. Hollywood actor Shia LaBeouf was one of Garcia’s critics, calling out the boxer’s conduct, given that Celin had just given birth.
“Right now, Gervonta Davis. He’s electrifying. [I like] him, Shakur, like that whole weight class, that whole division. Other than Ryan, all of those guys – that they promote are fire…I don’t like that Ryan guy. I heard a story about his girl. [She] got pregnant, gave birth, and then he divorced her the next day. I thought you’re garbage…Even if you feel that way, dog, wait a minute. She just got out of the hospital room,” LaBeouf said
“Imagine me beating Shia Labeouf’s a**, ima really Transform him to pudding. You don’t know me clown. How the heck you hate me. You can’t rap either. You aren’t like that,” Garcia replied

Paulie Malignaggi was another one of Garcia’s critics, who questioned his desire for privacy, given he had announced his divorce to his massive Instagram following that exceeds 10 million. But for all of the worries that are coming from those connected to Garcia, his dad, Henry Garcia, has reassured fans that his son is fine after the boxer’s cryptic social media post raised concerns he was having a mental health crisis.
“Yes, Ryan is ok. He was just trolling the wrong way,” Henry Garcia stated
