Serrano Confirms Final Fight Against Falzon

Seven-division world champion Amanda Serrano will hang up her gloves after one more fight.

Serrano is set to defend her featherweight titles against Skye Falzon on Jan. 9, ESPN reports, in what the Puerto Rican legend is billing as her final ring walk. The bout marks the end of a career that saw Serrano capture world titles across seven weight classes, a feat unmatched in women's boxing history.

What Serrano's Retirement Means For Women's Boxing

Falzon enters as a significant underdog against one of the sport's most decorated fighters. Serrano, who holds undisputed status at featherweight, has headlined Madison Square Garden and appeared on massive pay-per-view cards alongside Jake Paul's Most Valuable Promotions.

The January date gives Serrano one last chance to cement her legacy before stepping away. Her departure leaves a void at the top of multiple weight divisions and removes one of boxing's most active champions from the competitive landscape.

The fight takes place in just over two months, with venue details expected to follow shortly.
