Zayas vs Ennis fight card set for June 27 at Barclays Center
Undefeated junior middleweight champion Xander Zayas will put his WBO and WBA titles on the line against Jaron Ennis on June 27 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, MMA Mania reports.
Zayas, 23-0, faces Ennis, 35-0, in the main event of a DAZN pay-per-view card that begins at 6 p.m. ET. The matchup pairs two fighters who have yet to taste defeat in the professional ranks.
Full undercard features four unbeaten fighters
The supporting bouts include lightweight Emiliano Vargas, 17-0, against Bryce Mills, who enters at 22-1. Middleweight Jahi Tucker, 16-1-1, meets Euri Cedeno, 14-0-1, while heavyweight/" class="internal-link text-bone underline decoration-ash/30 hover:decoration-gold underline-offset-2">light heavyweight Benn Whittaker, 11-0-1, takes on Richard Rivera, 27-2.
The opening bout on the PPV portion features flyweight Juan Manuel Lopes Jr, 5-0, squaring off with Albert Motos, 6-2. Zayas has held the WBO strap since late 2024 and added the WBA belt earlier this year.
First bell for the main card is scheduled for 6 p.m. Eastern on June 27.
