Deontay Wilder is now tied to several possible opponents on the December 11 Fury-Joshua undercard.
The latest is Rico Verhoeven, who says he accepted an offer to fight him: “We got an offer for the December 11 card. What I can confirm is that they offered me a fight with Deontay Wilder, and I said yes,” Verhoeven.

The 37-year-old former kickboxing champion lost by stoppage to Oleksandr Usyk in round 11 in Egypt in May, in his second pro boxing fight. He is waiting for a reply from Wilder’s side, and contract details are not yet agreed.
