Wang Cong expects a tough night against Natalia Silva at UFC 332 but believes her striking will carry her to a stoppage win in the vacant flyweight title fight.

Cong and Silva headline the numbered card in Utah after Valentina Shevchenko vacated the belt due to injury. Cong enters as the underdog despite carrying a 10-1 professional record and a 5-1 mark in the UFC. Her most recent win came via decision over Tracy Cortez, the biggest victory of her career and the one that pushed her into title contention.

Cong's Prediction For Silva Clash

Speaking on the UFC 332 Countdown, Cong acknowledged Silva's strengths but said she can adapt to whatever the Brazilian brings. "I think my opponent Natalia, is the toughest I've ever faced in the UFC," she said, per BJPENN.com. "Whatever she does, I can adapt. So I will definitely outstrike her on the feet. I think I control the fight better. I'm calmer and more composed."

Cong praised Silva's distance management and kicking game, calling her particularly smart with her legwork. Still, she said her composure under pressure gives her the edge. "The main thing is to fight smart, and secure the win, and during the rounds, of course, if she gives me an opening, I'll definitely finish her," she added.

Silva represents the toughest test of Cong's career. A stoppage win would not only crown Cong as the new flyweight champion but also establish her as a legitimate force in the division. The vacant title fight goes down Saturday night in Utah.
