Valentina Shevchenko To Appear On MTV

Valentina Shevchenko will make a guest appearance on next week's episode of MTV's "The Challenge: Cutthroat," presenting contestants with a fighting-themed "Trial by Combat" challenge that airs September 30 on Paramount+.

The episode was filmed in Thailand between February and April, overlapping with time Shevchenko spent training at Tiger Muay Thai in Phuket. Her appearance comes shortly after she vacated the UFC flyweight title and announced she'll be sidelined 8-12 months to repair ligament damage in her shoulder and back, forcing her out of a scheduled October 3 fight against Natalia Silva.
