TKO's Q2 Numbers Are In

TKO Group Holdings posted $1.547 billion in revenue between April and June 2026 — and the numbers make one thing clear.

Net income hit $303.9 million for the quarter, up $54.1 million from Q1. Strong across the board, with one notable exception. TKO took a $30 million loss producing UFC Freedom 250 at the White House on June 14th. A one-off hit for a one-of-a-kind event — and the company has no regrets.

When it comes to who is carrying the most weight inside TKO, the UFC is pulling clear. The promotion added $119.8 million in revenue growth between April and June. WWE added $64.7 million. Both strong. One stronger.

“Despite a challenging global environment, TKO delivered solid results in Q2, with strong momentum heading into the back half of the year. Premium live content and experiences are heating up in an increasingly AI-driven world, and our businesses are well positioned to fully capitalize on societal secular tailwinds,” Ari Emanuel (TKO CEO)

Thirty-four million global viewers. A record domestic audience. A $30 million loss that somehow looked like a win. Q2 was that kind of quarter for TKO.
