Ryan Garcia's Next Fight Announced

Ryan Garcia (25-2, 20 KOs) will defend his WBC welterweight title against Conor Benn (25-1, 14 KOs) on September 12 in Las Vegas, taking place over Mexican Independence Day weekend.

For Garcia, this fight represents his first title defense after capturing the belt with a win over Mario Barrios in February. Garcia’s only career defeats have come against Gervonta Davis and Rolando Romero. Benn’s sole career blemish came against Chris Eubank Jr last year—a defeat he quickly and decisively avenged in November 2025. Now riding a two-fight winning streak, Benn is stepping into his very first world title shot.
