Luana Santos Extends Streak To Four After Yana Win

Luana Santos stretched her winning run to four fights Saturday, outpointing fifth-ranked Yana Santos by unanimous decision in their women's flyweight clash.

The Brazilian secured her latest win on the scorecards, per ESPN, continuing a streak that has lifted her profile in the 125-pound division. Luana has now beaten four opponents in a row inside the octagon, each victory building momentum toward a potential ranking of her own.

What Luana's Streak Means For Flyweight Division

Saturday's result marked a clean sweep on the judges' cards against an opponent holding a spot in the top five. Yana entered as the higher-ranked fighter but could not solve Luana's pace over three rounds.

Luana's four-fight run positions her for a numbered ranking when the UFC updates its flyweight ladder. No word yet on her next assignment, but the win over a ranked opponent should accelerate her path toward the division's elite tier.
