Henry Cejudo Set For Boxing Debut

Henry Cejudo will make his professional boxing debut against actor and unbeaten prospect Javon "Wanna" Walton on September 26 in Miami, stepping in after Cejudo's original opponent, influencer Deen the Great, withdrew with a shoulder injury.

"I knew all along that Deen… would back out, and so I am not surprised. But I have a new opponent now, who thinks he's a fighter, but Wanna will be playing another robot by the time I'm done with him," Cejudo

Walton, best known for playing Ashtray in HBO's "Euphoria" and recently cast in an upcoming "Gundam" film, last fought in September 2025: "This is boxing, and this is my world," Walton

Cejudo, a 2008 Olympic wrestling gold medalist and former two-division UFC champion, retired from MMA in December 2025 following a fourth straight loss and now competes in Real American Freestyle, where he holds the lightweight crossover title.
