“The WBO family extends its deepest condolences and heartfelt solidarity to the Haney family on the passing of their beloved mother. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May she rest in peace,” WBO

Haney became a three-division world champion after beating Brian Norman Jr. for the WBO welterweight title in late 2025.
