The visit came shortly after Crawford was spotted training with former coach Brian "BoMac" McIntyre and undefeated fighter Lester Martinez, sparking comeback rumors that McIntyre later downplayed, saying Crawford was simply "enjoying the club environment."
Crawford retired undefeated at 42-0 after becoming undisputed middleweight champion with a win over Canelo Alvarez in September 2025, making him the only male boxer to become undisputed champion in four weight classes. He has remained a vocal supporter of Ukraine throughout its war with Russia.
