Dana White called Bella Mir an "absolute freak of nature" ahead of her upcoming Contender Series debut, outlining the 18-year-old's ambitions far beyond mixed martial arts.
Mir, daughter of former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir, is set to compete on the Contender Series this week. At Saturday's UFC 330 post-fight press conference, White detailed the prospect's multi-sport goals, according to BJ Penn.com. "Her goals in combat sports aren't just to be the UFC world champion," he said, per MMA Mania. "She wants to be the Zuffa boxing world champion. She wants to win an Olympic medal. She wants to be the UFC BJJ champion."

Childhood Training Stories Fuel White's Excitement
White recounted dinner conversations with Frank Mir and his wife about Bella's unusual training habits from a young age. The UFC president described a story where family members looked outside to find the then six-year-old running laps around their cul-de-sac with sandbags. He noted she would return home during college wrestling breaks to compete in jiu-jitsu tournaments, reportedly beating elite competitors despite focusing on wrestling rather than BJJ training.
White said he has been following Mir's development since she graduated high school. The Contender Series serves as a proving ground for prospects seeking UFC contracts, with fighters typically needing a finish or dominant performance to earn White's approval.
