Mayweather And Pacquiao Voted In The Top Five Best Boxers

Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao have been voted in the top-five best boxers of all time. 

The pair’s achievements speak for themselves, as Mayweather went undefeated with a 50-0 record which included a career that lasted 21 years.

In the process of doing so, ‘TBE’ became a five-division champion which included 26 straight world title victories. Mayweather’s biggest victory was a unanimous-decision win over Pacquiao. 

Pacquiao ‘s Achievements

In contrast, Manny is an eight-division champion with five lineal titles. Although he came up short against Mayweather, Pacman arguably fought numerous fighters back-to-back in their prime to make him one of the most exciting offensive fighters of all time.

And on top of that, Pacquaio created history by becoming the oldest welterweight champion in 2019 as he beat Keith Thurman for the WBA belt.

But, as a competitor, and as somebody who’s in this sport, I always shoot for the top spot and that’s the spot I’m coming for, with all due respect to Floyd, but the top spot is what you should always want,” Andre Ward said

Put Pacquiao’s resume up to those guys. For Pacquiao, take his peak. Was it at 140 when he obliterated Ricky Hatton, Miguel Cotto and Oscar De La Hoya, although that was at 147. Was that Pacquiao’s peak,” Max Kellerman stated
