White Praises Parnasse's Holloway Callout After UFC Paris Win

Dana White says Salahdine Parnasse earned his respect by calling out Max Holloway after his UFC Paris debut.

Parnasse stopped Dan Hooker with a first-round TKO in Saturday's main event, landing a body kick before finishing with ground strikes. The former two-division KSW champion then targeted Holloway in his post-fight interview.

White Calls Holloway Callout Impressive

White addressed the callout when he spoke to media members following a recent Contender Series card. "The crowd was incredible, the fight was great, and calling out Max Holloway is pretty crazy," White said, per MMA Junkie. "The fact that that guy wants to fight Max Holloway right now is impressive. I like it."

The UFC boss also highlighted Parnasse's social media performance. White said the lightweight's debut ranked third in promotional history for social media engagement, trailing only Paddy Pimblett and Raul Rosas Jr.

Parnasse entered the UFC media rankings at No. 8 following the win but has not yet cracked the Meta official rankings. Holloway remains without an opponent after defeating Conor McGregor at UFC 329 when the Irishman blew out his ACL early in the bout.

Parnasse has said he doubts Holloway will accept the fight immediately and remains open to facing any top-five opponent next.
