UFC Sacramento fight card set for Aug. 22 on Paramount+

Anthony Hernandez will face Gregory Rodrigues in a middleweight main event at UFC Sacramento on Aug. 22, according to MMA Mania. The card streams exclusively on Paramount+ from Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, with preliminary bouts starting at 5 p.m. ET and the main card at 8 p.m. ET.

The co-main event features former ONE Championship titleholder Reinier de Ridder squaring off against Roman Dolidze at 185 pounds. Heavyweight Serghei Spivac takes on Vitor Petrino in another featured bout on the main card.

Six preliminary fights kick off the evening, including a lightweight matchup between MarQuel Mederos and Mason Jones, plus a flyweight clash pitting Carli Judice against Jeisla Chaves. Kennedy Nzechukwu makes the move up to heavyweight to meet Shamil Gaziev.

Hernandez enters off a submission win over Dolidze last August at the UFC Apex, improving his current run to five straight victories. Rodrigues brings knockout power and a reputation for wild exchanges to the matchup.
