UFC 332 Loses Title Fight After Shevchenko Stripped

UFC 332 has been forced into a main event reshuffle after Valentina Shevchenko was stripped of her flyweight championship, leaving the Oct. 3 card at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City without its original headliner.

According to MMA Mania, Natalia Silva and Wang Cong will now compete for the vacant 125-pound title in the evening's featured bout. The main card airs on CBS starting at 8 p.m. ET, with prelims streaming on Paramount+ from 4 p.m. ET.

The revamped main card includes former flyweight king Deiveson Figueiredo stepping up to bantamweight against rising contender Payton Talbott. Ateba Gautier meets Roman Kopylov at middleweight, while King Green takes on Esteban Ribovics in a lightweight clash. Khaos Williams squares off with Roberto Soldic at welterweight to round out the CBS broadcast.

The prelim card features former heavyweight/" class="internal-link text-bone underline decoration-ash/30 hover:decoration-gold underline-offset-2">light heavyweight title challenger Johnny Walker moving to heavyweight to face Mick Parkin. Veterans Marvin Vettori and Rafael Dos Anjos anchor the early prelims in separate bouts against Ismail Naurdiev and Alexander Hernandez respectively.
