Stamp Fairtex Returns After 3-Year Layoff At ONE 47
Stamp Fairtex will end a three-year absence from competition when she headlines ONE Fight Night 47 against Selina Flores on Sept. 5 at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. MMA Fighting confirmed Tuesday that the former atomweight champion has been cleared to compete after a knee injury kept her sidelined since 2023.
The bout, a women's atomweight Muay Thai match, anchors a card that streams live on Prime Video in the United States. Stamp vacated her MMA title during the layoff but returns in her original discipline against Flores.
Stamp's Run To The Atomweight Title Before Injury
Before the injury derailed her momentum, Stamp had emerged as one of ONE Championship's marquee draws following her move into mixed martial arts. She captured the vacant atomweight strap with three consecutive wins, including a decision over former UFC fighter Seo-hee Ham that secured the belt.
The September card marks Stamp's first competition since relinquishing the title. ONE Championship officials confirmed the booking this week, setting up her return in front of a Bangkok crowd nearly three years after her last appearance.
