PFL Nigeria results: tournament brackets set after weigh-ins

PFL Nigeria weigh-ins wrapped Friday with all fighters on Saturday's card hitting their marks for the promotion's first African event.

The lightweight and bantamweight tournament brackets are now set, according to Sherdog. The lightweight field features Patrick Ocheme against Ayinda Octave, Cornel Thompson matched with Aureo Cruz, Jean Do Santos facing Demba Seck, and Abderrahman Errachidy taking on Hussain Al Kurdi. In the bantamweight division, Karim Henniene meets Thimna Mhlauli, Alain Majorique squares off with Dwight Joseph, Boule Godogo draws Dauda Rajabu, and Raphael Uchegbu clashes with Edson Machavane.

PFL Nigeria women's bouts and showcase fights

Two women's strawweight matchups round out the card. Shelda Chipito weighed 116 pounds for her bout against Haidy Ahmed, who came in at the same weight. Juliet Ukah steps in at 115.6 against Elisandra Ferreira at 115.8.

Showcase bouts include Yahaya Yahuza versus Jordan Cabrel Fongno at heavyweight/" class="internal-link text-bone underline decoration-ash/30 hover:decoration-gold underline-offset-2">light heavyweight, Styve Ngono Essono against Richard Muzaan in the 205-pound range, and Wasi Adeshina meeting Ignacio Campos near the featherweight limit.
