PFL Adds Khamidov Versus Do Nascimento To Chicago Card

The Professional Fighters League has added a bantamweight matchup to its Oct. 16 Chicago card. Sarvarjon Khamidov will face Rafael do Nascimento, promotion officials confirmed to Sherdog.

Khamidov stopped Justin Wetzell by second-round submission in June, his lone outing so far in 2026. The 17-1 veteran, who fought previously for Bellator before joining the PFL, has climbed the bantamweight ranks with a string of finishes.

Do Nascimento Upset McGrillen-Evans In PFL Debut

Do Nascimento enters off a second-round submission win over Lewis McGrillen-Evans in his PFL debut. The 13-3 former Legacy Fighting Alliance competitor pulled the upset after stepping into the cage as an underdog.

The Chicago event is headlined by a women's flyweight title rematch between Liz Carmouche and Jena Bishop. Carmouche won their first meeting by knockout in the 2025 PFL tournament final. The card also features a heavyweight bout between Denis Goltsov and Maxwell Djantou Nana, added earlier this week.
