McGregor Spotted On Crutches After ACL Surgery

Conor McGregor was photographed on crutches in Beverly Hills this week, sporting a visible surgical scar on his knee following the ACL repair that will keep him out of action until 2027.

The former two-division champion tore his ACL and meniscus just 69 seconds into his UFC 329 return in April, ending a five-year layoff in the most anticlimactic fashion possible. TMZ captured images of McGregor leaving Gravitas, a members-only club, still moving gingerly but without a brace, per Sherdog.

McGregor Targets International Fight Week 2027 For Octagon Return

McGregor recently underwent surgery to repair the damage and has begun the long road back. He has one fight remaining on his current UFC contract and previously said on social media that next year's International Fight Week is his target date for a final appearance.

The Irishman's latest setback adds another layer of uncertainty to a comeback that started with tremendous fanfare before collapsing in the opening minute. His last victory inside the Octagon came in January 2020.

International Fight Week typically runs in early July, giving McGregor roughly 10 months to complete his rehab and secure clearance for a summer 2027 bout.
