Loren Mack leaves PFL for BKB as Chief Marketing Officer
Loren Mack has left Professional Fighters League to join BKB Bare Knuckle Boxing as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategy.
Mack, who most recently held the title of Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at PFL, started his combat sports career at UFC before moving to ONE Championship, according to MMA Mania. His appointment comes as BKB works to scale its operations following recent signings of former world champion boxers Victor Ortiz and Alfredo Angulo.
Mack's role in BKB's expansion strategy
BKB CEO David Tetreault said Mack brings more than twenty years of industry connections and commercial experience. "Loren brings a rare combination of strategic vision, marketing expertise, commercial leadership, and deep industry relationships," Tetreault said in a statement. Mack will handle global brand strategy, content growth, broadcast marketing, and partnership development.
Mack called the move the biggest opportunity in combat sports today. "BKB has incredible momentum and has established itself as the largest and most-watched bare knuckle boxing organization in the world," he said. His hiring follows continued turnover in PFL's executive ranks.
BKB 56 takes place this weekend in Los Angeles with Ortiz and Angulo making their bare knuckle debuts.
