BKB Hires Loren Mack as CMO, EVP of Strategy
Bare Knuckle Boxing has signed veteran combat sports executive Loren Mack as chief marketing officer and executive vice president of strategy, the promotion announced Wednesday ahead of its July 18 card in Los Angeles.
Mack spent more than 20 years in the sport, most recently serving as senior vice president of communications at the Professional Fighters League. Before that, he held leadership roles at ONE Championship and the UFC, per Sherdog. He will oversee global brand strategy, audience growth, broadcast and streaming marketing, live event demand generation, and partnership marketing for BKB.
What Mack brings to BKB's executive team
BKB CEO David Tetreault said the hire positions the promotion for its next phase. "Loren brings a rare combination of strategic vision, marketing expertise, commercial leadership and deep industry relationships developed over more than two decades in sports," Tetreault said in the release, according to Sherdog. "His experience building global brands and driving business growth will be invaluable as we continue expanding our audience."
Founded by entrepreneur Mike Vasquez and former fighter Dhafir "Dada 5000" Harris, BKB has expanded rapidly in recent years. Mack will join the senior leadership team and help shape corporate strategy alongside his marketing duties.
The promotion holds its next event at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on July 18.
