Matchroom chairman Eddie Hearn has laid out new conditions that would need to be met before Anthony Joshua's expected fight with Tyson Fury moves to New York City.
Joshua is expected to face his British rival in November, though no date or venue has been officially confirmed. Madison Square Garden has emerged as the likely location, despite Hearn maintaining that he and Joshua originally signed for the bout to take place in the UK.

Earlier this month, Hearn said he would call the fight off if Madison Square Garden were announced as the venue without a new agreement in place. Frank Warren, who has worked with Fury for years, has separately called Wembley Stadium the fight's "natural home."
Matchroom has now outlined several conditions for agreeing to move the fight to the United States: Zuffa Boxing would not be permitted to promote the event, with Sela overseeing the show instead — Hearn has said Joshua's existing agreement specifically bars Zuffa Boxing and associated companies from a promotional role.
Matchroom also wants Joshua paid the remaining money owed from his last fight, a second-round knockout of Kristian Prenga in Saudi Arabia, and is pushing for several Matchroom-involved bouts on the undercard: Jesse "Bam" Rodriguez vs. Christian Medina for the bantamweight unification, Jack Catterall vs. Keyshawn Davis at welterweight, and WBA heavyweight champion Murat Gassiev vs. Jarrell Miller.
