Fernando Meets Elekana At UFC Vegas 124

Lucas Fernando will face Billy Elekana in a heavyweight/" class="internal-link text-bone underline decoration-ash/30 hover:decoration-gold underline-offset-2">light heavyweight bout at UFC Vegas 124 on Nov. 7, multiple sources confirmed to MMA Fighting.

The Fight Night card at the Meta APEX will be headlined by welterweights Gabriel Bonfim and Sean Brady in a five-round main event. Fernando enters the matchup following a knockout win over Rafael Tobias in his August octagon debut, extending his winning streak to five fights with three finishes inside the distance. The former LFA champion improved to 14-3 with the third-round stoppage.

Elekana Riding Three-Fight UFC Win Streak

Elekana has won his last three UFC appearances after losing his promotional debut to Bogdan Guskov in 2025. The PFL and LFA veteran first picked up a decision over Ibo Aslan before submitting Kevin Christian and Junior Tafa with rear-naked chokes. He carries a 10-2 record into the November showdown.

Both fighters represent the rising generation of 205-pounders looking to break into the division's rankings. The UFC Vegas 124 card airs from the APEX facility in Las Vegas.
