EA Sports Confirms Fight Night Boxing Is Coming Back

EA Sports announced the return of its Fight Night boxing franchise after years of dormancy.

The UFC game developer revealed the news in a social media post on October 20 showing boxing gloves draped over a ring. "To everyone who stayed in our corner: Fight Night is coming back," the caption read, per Sherdog.

What EA Sports Has Not Revealed About Fight Night Revival

The company did not announce a release date, platforms, or gameplay details. EA Canada developed the original Fight Night 2004 along with the franchise's two most recent entries, Fight Night Round 4 and Fight Night Champion. EA Chicago handled Fight Night Round 2 and Round 3 before shutting down in 2007.

EA Canada worked with SkyBox Labs on EA Sports UFC.
