Till Maintains Perry Fight Sells Out Stadium

Darren Till still believes a bare-knuckle fight with Mike Perry could sell out a stadium despite the matchup's eight-year buildup and Perry's recent injury troubles.

Till, fresh off a unanimous decision win over Yoel Romero at BKFC 94 this past Saturday, told reporters at the post-fight press conference that the Perry grudge match remains a massive draw. "I personally think me and Perry sell a stadium out," Till said, per MMA Fighting. "I think the history, the back and forth for eight years, what could come of that? I sold that arena out tonight."

What Till's Next Move Means For Perry Clash

The former UFC middleweight went further, saying he would accept less favorable terms to make the bout happen. Till said his managers hate him for the concession but that he wants the fight to kick off next year if BKFC president David Feldman can arrange it. Perry is recovering from a shoulder dislocation suffered in an upset loss to Brandon Jenkins in August, when he stepped in as a late replacement for Dillon Danis.

Till survived an early blitz from the 49-year-old Cuban before taking control over five rounds. Feldman has expressed interest in booking Till versus Perry in the near future once Perry clears the injury.

The eight-year rivalry dates back to the fighters' UFC days and has produced years of social media exchanges. BKFC 94 takes place at a still-to-be-announced venue in early 2027 if the matchup materializes.
