Dana White Reveals Next Unique UFC Venue In Works
UFC CEO Dana White says the promotion is working on another unconventional venue after staging shows at the Las Vegas Sphere and the White House.
White told Pat McAfee on Tuesday that Craig Borsari, the UFC's head of production, has pitched a new concept that the CEO called exciting, per Sherdog. White declined to reveal the location or date but said he plans to announce details on McAfee's show if the groundwork comes together.
White Praises Borsari After White House Success
White credited Borsari for the success of UFC Freedom 250 at the White House in Washington, D.C., calling it the greatest event he has been part of. "There will never be anything like the White House ever again," White said. "That night, we already had high expectations for it. I was blown away; it's the greatest thing I've ever been a part of."
The UFC CEO said Borsari's confidence is running high after pulling off the White House card. "My head of production, Craig Borsari, is so cocky after he absolutely killed that event," White said. "We are talking about something right now that he came up with. This was his idea and I love it."
White previously staged UFC 306 at the Sphere in Las Vegas. The next unique venue project remains in early planning stages, with White saying more groundwork is required before a public reveal.
