Chris Hemsworth Hits Pads With ONE Fighter Ben Woolliss

Chris Hemsworth was training with ONE Championship athlete and former PFL fighter Ben Woolliss at a local gym in Thailand.

Footage on social media shows Woolliss holding pads as Hemsworth throws combinations and takes tips on his roundhouse kicks.

“It was a great session, just hitting the pads and teaching him some techniques and tweaking some stuff. He picked those bits up great. He’s a great guy, and it was good to catch up with him and his team. They are all a bunch of great guys. He had really good skills, too,” Woolliss.
