Brian "BoMac" McIntyre took a reported Ozempic dig from Ryan Garcia personally, repeatedly calling him out and unloading on his boxing ability in the process.
The exchange turned once an interviewer relayed that Garcia had suggested McIntyre take the medication, a shift from the trainer's earlier pleasantries about Garcia's fight with Conor Benn.

"I'm not going to get in going back and forth with a kid. Just tell him come say it to my face," McIntyre
Despite that line, McIntyre kept the subject going, calling Garcia "trash" and accusing him of using Terence Crawford's name for attention, before challenging someone to beat him. The interview, originally centered on Lester Martinez's performance and future, kept circling back to Garcia even when the conversation moved elsewhere.
McIntyre offered less detail on his pick of Benn, admitting he hadn't seen recent photos suggesting Benn was struggling to make weight, and gave little breakdown of how Benn would handle Garcia's speed. When asked about a potential Garcia-Crawford fight, McIntyre dismissed the idea and pushed Tiger Johnson as an alternative opponent — a suggestion that still used Garcia's name to promote his own fighter, even as he downplayed Garcia's skills.
