BKB Makes Case For Outpacing BKFC Ahead Of August 29th Cards

BKB and BKFC will stage dueling cards on August 29th as the rival bare-knuckle boxing promotions continue their battle for dominance in the space.

BKB, formerly known as BYB Extreme, has secured multiple TV deals with Vice TV, NBCUniversal's Telemundo Deportes Ahora, and talkSport, according to BJPenn.com. The promotion also claims the highest watch time for any combat sport in TikTok history following its BKB 55 broadcast in June headlined by Lee Selby — a milestone that predated Jake Paul's Most Valuable Promotions making similar claims on the platform.

BKB 58 Features Gamboa's Bare-Knuckle Debut In Miami

BKB touches down in Miami with heavyweight champion Gustavo Trujillo defending against Mark O'Neill in the main event. Olympic gold medalist Yuriorkis Gamboa will make his gloveless debut against Yesner Talavera on the same card. Aspen Ladd, coming off a successful BKFC debut, returns to face former welterweight title challenger Bianca Daimoni.

BKFC counters with its own showcase at Fenway Park in Boston. Featherweight champion Kai Stewart defends his belt against former BKB titleholder Harry Gigliotti in the headliner. Pound-for-pound women's standout Christine Ferea fights Sofia Landi on the card, with ex-UFC fighter Joe Lauzon also scheduled to compete.

While BKFC has landed names like Darren Till and Mike Perry, BKB's broader broadcasting footprint suggests the promotion is positioning itself for long-term growth. Both shows air August 29th.
