Anthony Wint has delivered an unusual demand to Dana White following his UFC contract win on the Contender Series.

The undefeated fighter stopped Matthew Adams in the opening bout of DWCS 2026: Week 1, needing just over 30 seconds to reverse a takedown and finish with ground strikes. Wint then informed White he plans to camp at the UFC president's residence until his promotional debut gets locked in.

Former Jets Linebacker Says MMA Analysis Easier Than Football

The 7-0 prospect, who played linebacker for the New York Jets, told Sherdog his football background makes cage work look simple. "They don't pay me by the hour," he said in his post-fight interview. "I told Dana he got two options: I'm not going home — Either he finds me a fight, or I stay at Dana's house."

Wint added that dissecting an opponent over three rounds feels straightforward after years of reading offensive schemes in real time. "I played football my whole life, linebacker. I'm used to having 11 people against me and then dissect a whole play in 40 seconds. Now I just got to dissect a man in three rounds, so it's easy work."

White responded at the post-fight presser by indicating the promotion will likely slot Wint onto the UFC Sacramento card on Aug. 22. The finisher has six stoppages across his seven pro victories and is riding a three-fight streak of first-round endings. He called for a spot at UFC 330 in Philadelphia during his Octagon interview, signaling his intent to stay active.
