Nate Diaz Sings At A Zach Bryan Concert Before The Masvidal Fight
Nate Diaz was on stage with musician Zach Bryan at a concert in Los Angeles on June 3.
Diaz is preparing for his boxing bout against Jorge Masvidal on July 6. It is his second boxing fight since losing to Jake Paul last year. It will be a rerun of their 2019 UFC 244 clash. Masvidal came out on top, winning the first BMF Belt. The fight was stopped at the end of round three following a cut over Diaz’s eye.
In the meantime, Diaz was enjoying his time on stage. The footage shows Diaz recording himself alongside Bryan, singing his song ‘Revival’. Bryan has met Marlon Vera, showning his connection to UFC fighters. Andre Fili also used Bryan’s music as a walkout song. While Diaz was enjoying himself, the focus was on beating Masvidal.

“I’m preparing for a way tougher fight from Jorge than I had against Jake Paul 100%. Jorge is as experienced as it comes, so I’m ready for what he’s bringing. But having those rounds helped for sure… All I know is that we’ve been trying to make this rematch happen for a long time. He was the biggest opportunity in the game,” Diaz said
Elsewhere, Dana White has announced a UFC Fight Night card for July 13, headlined by Maycee Barber and Rose Namajunas.
The flyweight clash will be a five-rounder from the Ball Arena. Barber’s UFC record stands at 9-2. She is on a six-fight win streak. Her last two wins were over top-level opposition. She knocked out Amanda Ribas, followed by a unanimous decision win against Katlyn Cerminara. Namajunas lost in her first fight since moving up to featherweight from strawweight. A unanimous decision defeat to Manon Fiorot was a setback. However, she responded by beating Amanda Ribas in a unanimous decision. The winner could get a title shot against the winner of Alexa Grasso and Valentina Shevchenko.
White’s Announcement
“What’s up everybody, we’re headed back to Denver for the first time since 2018. July 13 from the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado, the main event: Maycee Barber versus Rose Namajunas. Maycee is riding a six-fight win streak and she’s looking to get into the title discussions in the flyweight division.
“She has the third longest win streak in the division, the second-most knockouts and is tied for the third-most consecutive wins in flyweight history. And she is taking on former champion Rose Namajunas. She’s one of the baddest women to ever do it,” White stated
“I think that’s a great matchup for me. The only downside is that I’m fighting backwards. For the first time I can actually say fighting Rose Namajunas would be me fighting backwards in the division. We do have some history, you know. I used to train with her out here in Denver and then I fought Audrey Perkins, who was a former teammate of hers, and then I fought JJ Aldrich… It just broke her when I beat JJ. There is some bitterness there. She wants to be the one to beat me,” Barber said
