Buatsi Vs. Azeez: Where To Watch Info

Joshua Buatsi and Dan Azeez fight for the WBA Light Heavyweight Title Eliminator on Saturday from the Wembley Arena, London.
The friends and former sparring partners put their undefeated records on the line. They were meant to face off last year in October, but days before the fight, Azeez pulled out with a back injury. That left fans wondering if the fight would ever happen, but with just days away, fans can expect a cracking domestic clash. Buatsi comes into the fight with a record of 17-0. 13 of those victories have been stoppages. His last performance was in 2023, as he beat the Polish fighter Pawel Stepien in a decision win.
Buatsi Vs. Azeez
Azeez is the more active fighter, having chosen to box overseas in his last two fights. His wins over Thomas Faure and Khalid Graidia occurred in France and Italy, respectively. A victory puts the winner in a mandatory position to face Dmitry Bivol for his WBA Light Heavyweight Belt. Here is everything you need to know about where to watch the fight.

Pre-Fight Comments
“It doesn’t matter whether I know him or not. The weeks and weeks away are for moments like this. The emotions you get now, nothing can replicate it. These are the nights where I get the emotions, when I’m someone else. I can’t replicate it, this kind of feeling. So, to be able to experience this in its natural form is amazing. We’re here. I’m happy to be here and I’m looking forward to the fight. Saturday couldn’t come any quicker,” Buatsi stated
“He’ll definitely be my hardest test to date. His skill set; he’s got a good amateur pedigree; I’ve been sparring him for over a decade so I know what he’s capable of. Loads of things. Overall he’s a very good fighter, and I know that first hand – it’s not just watching – I’ve been in there with him, so I know what I’m up against.
He’s got a good ring IQ; he’s got a good mindset; good fundamentals. There’s a lot of things. As much as I’m fighting him, coming up [as a boxer] and sparring him – it’s weird to say, but I’ve always looked up [to him]. “This guy; he’s wicked, man; what an incredible fighter.” There’s a lot of things that makes him a good fighter, and just like me he’s undefeated,” Azeez said
