Williams On Soldic's Dangerous Reputation
Soldic brings a 21-4 record and a reputation for finishing fights, having dominated in both KSW and One Championship before signing with the UFC. Williams said he studied his opponent and sees the booking as a chance to add a major name to his resume. "I go get a guy like that under my belt, now what?" Williams said, per MMA Junkie.
Williams made clear he is not intimidated by the hype surrounding Soldic. "I fear no man," he said. "We all bleed the same, we all breathe the same and we're just going to find out who wants it more. When all that hype, all them names, all the expectation, all that disappears, it's just me and you."
