Alexander Volkanovski has put Movsar Evloev on notice ahead of their featherweight title clash at UFC 333.

The reigning champion told Fox Sports Australia that fans worried about a grappling-heavy fight have nothing to fear. Volkanovski said he will force the action to remain standing regardless of Evloev's game plan. "He ain't holding me down," Volkanovski said, according to MMA Junkie. Volkanovski Dismisses Evloev's Recent Standup

The undefeated challenger showed improved striking in his bout against Lerone Murphy, but Volkanovski warned against abandoning a wrestling-based approach. Volkanovski made clear he expects Evloev to bring his strongest game.
