Van Fires Back At Kape After Bra Shopping Jab

UFC flyweight champion Joshua Van traded personal insults with Manel Kape as their verbal feud intensified ahead of a potential title clash.

Kape accused Van of hiding and avoiding the matchup, per Sherdog, prompting the champion to fire back with a pointed response on social media. "I been here, like I always am," Van wrote. "You just too busy shopping for bra, udk wht been goin on."

Personal Shots Replace Fight Talk

The exchange moved past typical fight promotion into personal territory as both flyweights looked to gain a psychological edge. Kape initiated the war of words by questioning Van's willingness to defend the belt against him.

Van's response suggested Kape was preoccupied with matters outside the octagon rather than focusing on the title shot. The champion maintained he had been available all along.

No official date has been announced for a Van-Kape title fight. The UFC has not yet confirmed the matchup as the next flyweight championship bout.
