UFC 332 Adds Figueiredo Vs. Talbott In Salt Lake City

The UFC has added four bouts to its Oct. 3 card in Salt Lake City, with former flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo taking on Payton Talbott in a bantamweight clash at Delta Center.

Talbott enters the matchup riding a two-fight win streak after dropping a split decision to Raoni Barcelos last year. The 27-year-old beat former two-division champion Henry Cejudo by unanimous decision in December and will face another ex-titleholder in Figueiredo, who has lost four of his past five fights. According to Sherdog, Figueiredo's lone victory in that stretch came via split decision against Montel Jackson.

Walker Moves To Heavyweight Against Parkin

Johnny Walker will make his heavyweight debut at UFC 332 when he faces Mick Parkin. Both fighters enter coming off losses. Walker competed at light heavyweight for the majority of his UFC career but is committing to the move up to 265 pounds after a turbulent run at 205.

The card also features a striker-heavy matchup between Ateba Abega Gautier and Roman Kopylov. Damian Pinas, who competed at UFC 329, meets Andrey Pulyaev in another addition to the lineup.

Previously confirmed bouts include former title challenger Marvin Vettori's return against Ismail Naurdiev and Court McGee's retirement fight against Eric Nolan. The UFC has not yet announced a main event for the card, even as championship bouts for UFC 333 have already been locked in.
