Tyson's Immersive Experience Opens At Flamingo

Mike Tyson will return to Las Vegas this fall for a different kind of main event.

The former heavyweight champion is launching a permanent immersive attraction at the Flamingo Las Vegas called Iron Mike Legacy, The Ring reports. The installation uses augmented reality, virtual reality, holograms, projection mapping and spatial audio to chronicle Tyson's career arc and personal journey across seven rooms spanning 12,000 square feet.

What The Tyson Experience Offers Visitors

The hour-long walk-through covers Tyson's ascent to boxing stardom, his struggles outside the ring, and his post-retirement life. Produced by Your ID with the WBC as an official partner, the attraction is billed as the first officially licensed immersive experience built around a single boxer.

"Las Vegas has been the backdrop for some of the most important moments of my life and career," Tyson said in a statement. "The city embraced me, challenged me and helped shape the person I am today. That's why it's so meaningful to launch Iron Mike Legacy at Flamingo Las Vegas, one of the most legendary resorts on The Strip."

Tickets go on sale at $59 and can be purchased online or at Caesars Entertainment box offices. The Vegas location will serve as the flagship site for a planned global rollout, with additional venues to be announced.
