Mike Tyson will be feted in Brazil later this month for becoming the youngest heavyweight champion in boxing history.

Veteran trainer Rafael Cordeiro plans to present the former champion with a commemorative plaque at his Kings Championship 3 event, Sherdog reports. The ceremony takes place Nov. 21 in Sao Paulo and marks four decades since Tyson stopped Trevor Berbick to capture the WBC heavyweight strap at age 20.

Cordeiro Reflects On Training Boxing Legend

Cordeiro, who has worked Tyson's corner in the past, described the tribute as a career highlight. "Being around him was a unique privilege that allowed me to know the man behind the legend," he told Sherdog.

The boxing icon's schedule in Brazil includes a media availability the day before the fights and a stop at the national boxing federation's facility to interact with youth boxers. Tyson is also slated to appear at a Sao Paulo expo to showcase his cannabis brand.

The fight card features 10 bouts across boxing and MMA, headlined by Jonathan Machado defending his middleweight title against Vitor Costa.
