Tommy Fury outpoints Eddie Hall in heavyweight exhibition

Tommy Fury stuck to his jab and circled away from danger for six rounds to outpoint strongman Eddie Hall in a heavyweight exhibition dubbed "Beauty vs. the Beast" Saturday night in Manchester.

The more experienced Fury won by majority decision at the AO Arena, per MMA Fighting. Guest judges Tony Bellew (59-56) and Derek Chisora (58-56) scored it for Fury, while Misfits Boxing heavyweight champion Chase DeMoor had it a draw at 57-57. Hall, who carried a weight advantage north of 100 pounds at Friday's weigh-ins, never fully gassed through the two-minute rounds but could not land his big right hand cleanly enough to trouble Fury.

DeMoor callout leads to ring scuffle

After the final bell, DeMoor climbed into the ring and tried to set up a title fight with Fury, only to be dismissed. "He has to fight my brother Roman first," Fury told DeMoor, referencing a previously cancelled March 2025 Misfits bout. The exchange escalated into a scuffle between DeMoor and Roman Fury, while Tommy and Hall stayed respectful — the two were friends before the matchup and embraced once the judges' cards were read.

Fury moved left constantly to stay outside Hall's power zone, darting in only to flick the jab or dig to the body. Hall connected on a few solid shots but slowed as the fight wore on, allowing Fury to open up with body work and enough head punches to bank the later rounds. Fury's next opponent remains unclear, contingent on whether DeMoor can get past Roman and earn the Misfits heavyweight title shot Tommy says he must have first.
