Jean Silva does not expect his UFC main event Saturday night to see the third round.
Silva meets Jose Delgado in the Noche UFC 4 headliner at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, with the Brazilian featherweight forecasting a finish inside ten minutes. According to Sherdog, Silva told reporters he hopes to give fans at least two rounds of action before the stoppage.

Silva Claims Mexico Representation at Noche UFC
The 17-3 Silva made the case that he will be representing Mexico at the promotion's annual celebration of Mexican Independence Day, despite being Brazilian. "He's not from Mexico," Silva said of his opponent. "I am gonna represent Mexico on Saturday. I hope we can at least do at least two rounds. Let's see."
Delgado stepped in on short notice after Yair Rodriguez withdrew due to injury and enters as a heavy underdog. Silva is 6-1 in the UFC coming off a win over Arnold Allen, while Delgado has won his last two fights against Andre Fili and Austin Bashi.

Delgado is 4-1 in the UFC since earning his contract on Dana White's Contender Series, with his only octagon loss a narrow decision against Nathaniel Wood.
Noche UFC 4 takes place Saturday, Sept. 12, with the Silva-Delgado main event scheduled for five rounds.
