Puengluang Baanramba Scores Narrow Win in Main Event of ONE Friday Night Fans
Puengluang Baanramba wouldn’t be disappointed with any result that saw his hand get raised at ONE Friday Night Fights 76 at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, not after how Puengluang saw his six-fight winning streak come to an end in May. Puengluang was knocked out two minutes into a fight with Jayosuayai Mor Krungthephtonburi.
But this was a different night. And Puengluang had the toughness to earn more positive results. Despite absorbing his fair share of punishing strikes from Samingdam Looksuan, online boxing news shows that Puengluang had the answers to pick up a decision victory.
Puengluang’s major stand came in the final round. With both men looking to impress the judges, Puengluang attacked aggressively with kicks. Samingdam surprised everyone by not focusing on checking them.
Puengluang’s kicks limited Samingdam’s movement. While Samingdam was attempting to chase Puengluang, Puengluang continued to land strikes that allowed him to earn a decision. Puengluang is now 7-1 in ONE and has extended his career record to 66-6.
The major question for Puengluang is, what is next for the exciting fighter? He has proven to be a consistent winner in the promotion. With Puengluang showing ONE he is capable of bouncing back from adversity, he may have set himself on a path to a championship.

Whether it’s his youthful exuberance or part of a well-detailed game plan, Thant Zin charged at Tai Sor Jor Piek Uthai right after the bell rang. When Thant Zin and Tai collided, things didn’t go well for Tai. Thant Zin connected on three straight strikes to drop Tai.
While Tai worked back to his feet, he wouldn’t have the opportunity to stay there long. Thant Zin landed a nasty left hook that kept Tai down for good at the 1:14 mark. There are a number of teenage fighters who have found early success in ONE.
The challenge for Thant Zin is attempting to continue to improve despite his early success. Sometimes, fighters can get too comfortable with their success. Thant Zin’s challenge will be proving that he has the desire to be a champion.
Kaimookkhao Wankhongohm MBK Keeps Streak Alive

When Petkaolan chose to come forward and apply pressure in the fight, Kaimookkhao had to find ways to be creative. What Kaimookkhao chose to do was throw out flashy maneuvers to impress the crowd and judges. Employing some well-timed spinning elbows and consistent boxing allowed him to pick up a victory.

Thway was more successful during the first-round striking affair. A little over a minute into the fight, Thway dropped Ganchai to the mat. While neither fighter would end up hitting the mat again, both fired off a lot of punches and kicks to push the pace.
