PFL postpones Saudi Arabia event days before Friday card

The Professional Fighters League called off its Friday event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with less than 72 hours' notice.

The promotion announced Wednesday that PFL MENA 10 has been shelved until further notice, per Sherdog. The organisation is looking at alternative dates and will update fans when details are locked in.

Internal readiness issues force last-minute cancellation

"The decision is based on internal operational and event readiness considerations, as we continue to ensure the highest standards of delivery," the promotion said in a statement. The card was set to feature Hattan Alsaif's pro MMA debut against Dania Ouhachi at 110 pounds, plus opening rounds of featherweight and welterweight tournaments.

The promotion said it remains committed to staging PFL MENA in Jeddah and promised another night of world-class action once a new date is confirmed. No makeup date has been announced.
