MMA Mania opens mailbag for reader questions after UFC Baku

Tom Rashid
UFC & MMA Lead Writer ·

MMA Mania has opened submissions for its weekly mailbag feature, inviting readers to submit questions following UFC Baku.

Tim Edwards, who handles the column for the site, posted the callout Monday and said queries related to the Baku card will get priority treatment but that evergreen topics are fair game during the UFC's off week. "We're coming off UFC Baku, so questions about that will have the priority," Edwards wrote, per the MMA Mania post. "This is an off week, though, so hit us with some evergreen and off-topic questions, too."

How the MMA Mania mailbag works

Edwards logs submitted questions in the comments section, then circulates them to colleagues throughout the week for responses. Last week's edition reportedly included a hypothetical about which modern fighter the site would send back in time to compete at UFC 1.

The column runs weekly. Edwards closed the submission window with one instruction to readers: "Please don't try and get us in trouble."
