MMA Mania Opens Friday Thread On Paranormal Shows

MMA Mania opened its Friday community thread with an unusual question for fight fans.

Staff writer Tim Edwards asked readers about their favorite paranormal television shows, though he acknowledged the genre holds little appeal for him personally. "I don't watch this stuff, since it's too close to my work," Edwards wrote in the October 23 post, per MMA Mania.

MMA Mania's Weekly Open Thread Format

The site's daily open threads mix fight news recaps with off-topic conversation prompts for the community. Friday's edition also linked readers to updates on Joaquin Buckley's potential retirement, Khamzat Chimaev's confrontation at a Royal Air Force event, and a reportedly leaked fight offer involving Dillon Danis and Nate Diaz.

Edwards has covered combat sports since 2015 and handles live UFC event coverage for the outlet.
