EA Sports UFC 6 has revealed its fighter ratings ahead of the game's June 19 release, and two names sit at the very top of the punch power rankings — Conor McGregor and Amanda Nunes, the only fighters in the game to receive a perfect 100 rating in that category.

The news means Conor is ahead of UFC lightweight champion Ilia Topuria in punch speed, as Ilia has 97. Topuria's punch power comes in at 99 — one point below. The one area where McGregor suffers is cardio, rated at 88, a figure that acknowledges that he is no longer at his peak.

The cardio rating of 88 will be the number most discussed among fans. It is a significant drop from what McGregor's peak ratings would have carried, and it reflects the reality of a fighter returning after nearly five years away from competition.

Whether that number proves prophetic on July 11 against Holloway — a fighter whose own cardio and output over five rounds have defined his career — is a question the game cannot answer. The Octagon will do that instead.

That fight — McGregor versus Max Holloway at UFC 329 on July 11 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas — is now official, giving the game's marketing a real event to attach itself to in the weeks between the rating reveals and the June 19 release date. The game promised to deliver to the fans.
