Khamzat Chimaev posted and then removed a tweet suggesting his split-decision loss to Sean Strickland at UFC 328 was influenced by his nationality, according to Sherdog.

The middleweight contender reportedly wrote that he was robbed against Strickland because he's not American, though the exact wording of the original post could not be verified before deletion. Chimaev followed up with a separate tweet calling for a rematch with Strickland, writing "Next time somebody has to be dead."

Chimaev calls out Strickland for rematch

In a post that remains live, Chimaev wrote "I'm waiting tell me when you're ready @SStricklandMMA," per the report. He also posted "No excuses I just wanna f*ck him up. This sh*t trying to run away."

Chimaev dropped a unanimous decision to Strickland in the UFC 328 co-main event on February 15 in Las Vegas. Two judges scored the fight 48-47 for Strickland while one had it 48-47 for Chimaev. The loss snapped Chimaev's 13-fight win streak and marked his first setback since 2020.

No rematch has been announced. Strickland has not publicly responded to Chimaev's callout.
