Heavyweight contender Josh Hokit threatened Ian Garry's young son on social media ahead of UFC 330 this weekend.

Hokit posted that he would punt Garry's son Leo after the boy became upset when he missed meeting Islam Makhachev at a face-off in Philadelphia earlier this week, according to MMA Mania. Leo had wanted to meet the welterweight champion, who left before the two could connect. Garry reassured his son that he would have another chance later in fight week.

Fellow heavyweight Valter Walker called out Hokit for the comments. Walker wrote that anyone who hides behind multiple personalities is a complete idiot and told Hokit to shut up, per the report.
