Former Football Stars Set For Charity Boxing Return
Pro Project Promotions, founded by former Arsenal goalkeeper Graham Stack, returns to Grosvenor House Hotel on October 22 for its third charity boxing event, following two sold-out shows that have raised more than £201,500 for good causes since debuting in October 2025.
Fourteen former professional footballers are set to take part, including Nile Ranger, Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, Gary Madine, Sebastien Bassong, Matthew Briggs, Armand Traore, Harlee Dean, Simon Cox, Lee Cook, Leroy Lita, Anthony Gardner, David Norris, Martin Woods and Jamie Sendles-White, with matchups to be confirmed.
A behind-the-scenes documentary covering the build-up will air on Amazon Prime ahead of the event.
"This is our biggest and most emotional line-up yet. Every one of these lads has a story worth telling — some have played at the very top of the game, others have had to rebuild their whole lives, and all of them are stepping back into a ring for people who need it more than they do. With the documentaries landing on Amazon Prime, more people than ever are going to see what this really means. We've raised over £201,500 for charity in our first two events and we want the Grosvenor on 22nd October to be our biggest night yet — so get your tickets early, because this one will not stay available for long," Stack
